Clapping for her man: Jennifer Lopez watches husband Marc Anthony rehearse in Miami, as it emerged her ex is planning to audition for American Idol
New American Idol judge, beamed as she proudly Jennifer Lopez clapped for her husband Marc Anthony as he rehearsed for his forthcoming concert in Miami.
But she may not want to do same for her ex-husband, Ojani Noa who bizarrely is planning to audition for the show.
Noa 36, is Lopez's, 41, first husband, who unsuccessfully tried to do a tell-all book on the star and was fired as manager of her now-defunct restaurant, Madre's, in the States.
Ex-sweethearts: J-Lo with first husband Ojani Noa, they divorced in 1998
And in what may prove seriously embarrassing to the Latina superstar his manager Ed Meyer has said he will stand in line with other Idol hopefuls to audition in front of Lopez.
'He's a good singer," Meyer told Radaronline.
Lopez's relationship with her first ex-husband has been a battle since their divorce in 1998.
Noa went to work for Lopez as manager of Madre's in April 2002 but was fired a few months later and fell on hard times.
He sued her over the firing and later a confidentiality agreement was drawn up between.
However, that didn't stop Noa from attempting to do a book, Lopez then sued him for breaking the confidentiality agreement and won a permanent injunction against him in 2007.
Later he planned to make their brief life together into a film and was again sued by Lopez for breach of the original confidentiality contract and invasion of privacy.
Finally, Noa claimed to have a sex tape and exclusive home video of their life together, Lopez, through her lawyer, Jay Lavely, denied that there ever was a sex tape but did admit that the tape was private and personal.

Caught on camera: Russell Brand seen here apparently lashing out at a photographer at Los Angeles LAX Airport yesterday afternoon
Katy Perry claims Brand reacted after paparazzo tried to take a photograph up her dress
Russell Brand was arrested for battery at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) after allegedly attacking a photographer.
The British funnyman was traveling with fiance Katy Perry when he became irate with a photographer and struck him on Friday afternoon.
Perry, 25, has since claimed on her Twitter page that Brand leapt to her defence when a paparazzo tied to take pictures up her dress.
'Give me a break': Seen here minutes before the fracas with fiancee Katy Perry, who has since claimed Russell reacted when a photographer tried to take a picture up her dress
Arrival: Katy and Russell on an escalator into the airport. The alleged incident is said to have occurred when a photographer tried to take a picture up her skirt
She wrote: 'If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me. #standbyyourman #don't f*** with the Brands.'
Both Brand and Perry missed their scheduled flights to Las Vegas.
According to U.S. reports, another photographer made a citizens arrest on the 35-year-old before airport police stepped in.
The star, who was wearing a T-shirt with the slogan, 'God, come on, give me a break', was handcuffed and taken into custody, but was later released on £13,000 bail. he is due in court on October 15.
Out of my way: Brand gives the photographer a shove
If Brand is convicted, he could face up to six months in jail and a conviction could cause his US work visa to be revoked.
When Katy and Brand marry, he will be eligible to apply for US citizenship as the spouse of an American, but this could be put into jeopardy if he is convicted of a felony offence.
Los Angeles Airport Police spokesman Belinda Nettles said yesterday: 'About 1:50 pm today, Los Angeles Airport Police responded to Terminal 5 to a report of a battery involving a celebrity and a commercial photographer.
Grim-faced: Russell is taken away to be booked at LAPD's Pacific Station after being arrested for battery
Aborted journey: The couple are pictured here together on an escalator looking a little down in the dumps before the alleged skirmish with photographers
'The victim involved placed the suspect Russell Brand under private person's arrest.
'Airport Police took the suspect into custody for Penal Code Section 242 - battery.
'He will be booked at the LAPD Pacific Division station.'
After the arrest police were seen taking their own pictures of the alleged victim, who appeared to have a bruise on the left side of his face.
Ouch: The photographer involved in the incident holds what appears to be an ice pack to his face following the alleged attack
Alleged victim: The paparazzo spoke to airport police and gave a statement
Support: The tweet Katy Perry made on her Twitter page after the incident

X Factor 2010: Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger take a chance on 'prostitute' Chloe, 19, despite her 'frustrating' audition

Bootcamp-bound: Chloe from Wakefield, was sent through to the next stage despite a disappointing audition
It wasn't looking good for Chloe Victoria, a self-proclaimed 'yummy mummy' from Wakefield.
Her audition started badly, she sang her second song out of tune and she even turned on the audience at one point.
But something about the 19-year-old made Simon Cowell and guest judge Nicole Scherzinger take a gamble and send her through to Bootcamp.
She took to the stage in a very raunchy outfit of skinny, frayed jeans and a cropped top that showed off her taut and tattooed stomach and told the judges that singing was her passion and she sang wherever and whenever she could.
She then said she was doing it for ' my daughter cos I wanna show her a life I never had and I just wanna blow you away'.
Chloe, who earlier this month was exposed in a newspaper sting as selling adult services under the name 'Candy' on an escort website, then launched into George Gershwin's Summertime.
Bad start: Chloe sings George Gershwin's Summertime but forgets the words
But after a couple of lines in which she forgot the words, Simon asks her to sing something else, and she starts to sing Underneath Your Clothes by Shakira, which sounded out of tune.
Louis said:'It's just not working. It’s just not working cos you’re totally unprepared for the audition.'
Nicole added: 'Chloe I don’t know if you’ve convinced me that you really care about this so much, that you really want it.'
To a chorus of boos from the audience, Chloe tried to blame her bad audition on breaking up with her long-term boyfriend and begged the judges to let her sing another song.
Please give me a chance: Chloe begs the judges to send her through to the next stage
She then turned on the booing crowd and said: 'Don't be tight, this is my life!'
Simon then surprised everyone when he told Chloe he actually liked her, and said: 'Chloe, this is the most frustrating audition I've ever sat in, in my life.
I've heard more rubbish from you in the last five minutes than I've ever heard and yet I think there's something there.'
Despite Louis shaking his head and voting 'no', Nicole also backed Chloe, sending her through to the next round.
Backstage she burst into tears and sobbed to host Dermot O'Learly that she was delighted but very embarrassed at the same time.
Embarrassed: Chloe sobs into the camera after making it through to bootcamp
Last night showed three days of auditions in Manchester with Nicole sitting in for Dannii Minogue and an ill Cheryl Cole.
Day one got off to a bad start and the judges failed to find a potential star, which prompted Nicole to call the northern city a 'freaky town'.
Louis added: 'Something's missing, what's missing?', to which Simon retorts: 'Star quality.'
But day two began with much more potential as 18-year-old Aiden from Blackpool took to the stage first and sang Gold Digger by Kanye West.
After his performance, Louis said: 'Aiden, you’re like a breath of fresh air, you’ve got your own kind of swagger. I think you're absolutely brilliant.'
Star quality: Aiden from Blackpool was given three yeses by the judges after he sang Kanye West's Gold Digger
Natural: The Huhas get through after impressing the judges with their 'fresh' sound
Nicole added: 'I love your voice, you have a lot of soul, you were in it, I was in it, the whole of Manchester was in it. I am definitely a fan.'
And Simon wasa full of praise as the panel sent Aiden through to bootcamp and said: 'Now that's what I call a pop star. You're one of the best we've found, certainly in Manchester and in your category.'
Next up were The Huhas, a three piece from Preston, who were sent through after singing Upside Down by Paloma Faith, which Simon said was a good song choice.
Louis said: 'There's something fresh about you, you're not over-rehearsed and very naturally put together.'
Simon added: 'One of the easiest yeses I've given today.'
Pussycat praise: Nicole told Ade that she was 'feeling it' after he sang Never Too Much by Luther Vandross
Different: 17-year-old John Wilding blew the judges away when he sang Run by Snow Patrol
Others that breezed through the auditions included student Ade Bhadmus, 20, who won a fan in Nicole when he sang Luther Vandross's Never Too Much, and 17-year John Wilding, who blew the judges away when he sang Run by Snow Patrol.
It was also a successful night for Yuli Minguel, 32, who got Nicole up out of her seat and dancing when she sang Falling In Love.
She told the hopeful afterwards: There’s something about you, it gives me goosebumps. You have The X Factor girl.'
Goosebumps: Yuli had Nicole up out of her seat and dancing to her audition
Emotional: Rebecca from Liverpool broke down during her audition but was sent through to bootcamp
Louis added: 'Loved your sound, loved you spirit, your voice and loved the fact you owned the whole stage.'
And also sent through was 23-year-old Liverpudlian Rebecca, who, despite getting very emotional during her performance of Sam Cooke's A Change Is Gonna Come, was given three yeses.
Simon said: 'Potentially you have an incredible voice. Absolutely on the money right now. And I like you.'
Also off to bootcamp after tonight was duo Connor & Gabriel who sang Marvin Gaye's Heard It Through The Grapevine and PE teacher John Connolly, 33, who was accompanied to the audition by hs school's cheerleading squad.
Congratulations, sir! John Connolly is hugged by his school's cheerlesding squad after he is sent through
But with every X Factor audition, there are also those that are sent packing, and contestants Hazel Jackson and Savannah Hammond became tonight's casualties.
Hazel, 69, from Cheshire sang Simply The Best by Tina Turner, which Louis said was 'very entertaining', with Nicole adding that she was courageous and gave her a yes, but was outvoted by Simon and Louis.
And Savannah, 18, a student who is a bell ringer in her spare time, sang a very badly out of tune Angels by Robbie Williams and was told to 'stick to the bell ringing'.
Simply not the best: 69-uear-old Hazel tried and failed to get through after her Tina Turner rendition

Blackburn 1 Fulham 1: We've been Ant and decked, claim frustrated Sam Allardyce and Mark Hughes
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6W079t2kWPAendofvid

By Myles Hodgson
Power play: Christopher Samba (centre) latches on to Paul Robinson's goal kick to give Blackburn the lead
Sam Allardyce and Mark Hughes were united in their criticism of referee Anthony Taylor after Fulham cancelled out Blackburn’s controversial opening goal for a point.
Cheshire official Taylor, in his first season on the Premier League’s list, has already incurred the wrath of Sunderland manager Steve Bruce for his handling of the 2-2 draw with Birmingham on the opening weekend of the campaign.
And on Saturday Hughes claimed Taylor failed to see a shove by El-Hadji Diouf on Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer as he came to claim a free-kick on the edge of the box, which allowed Chris Samba to head into the empty net to give Blackburn the lead.
‘We were disappointed with the award of a goal because it was clearly a blatant foul on Mark and there were two other prior to that the referee missed as well,’ said Hughes.
‘I don’t think the official has refereed many games like that before and I just feel there is a lot going on off the ball when you’re playing the likes of Blackburn and you need an experienced referee to recognise it and understand what’s going on.'
Ful force: Clinton Dempsey celebrates
Allardyce believes the referee should have sent off Schwarzer in the seventh minute, when he claimed he handled the ball outside the box prior to Morten Gamst Pedersen’s lob being cleared off the line by Brede Hangeland.
‘There was a little nudge for our goal, but I don’t think the referee was in a great position to see that and perhaps the assistant referee could have been a bit more help,’ said Allardyce.
Get in: Fulham's Clinton Dempsey scores the equaliser
‘The unfortunate thing from our point of view is that we perhaps got away with it, but we were exposing Mark Schwarzer and his problems well before that.
‘In the seventh minute he handled the ball outside the box blatantly, which took the edge off a goal-bound shot which their lad headed off the line. The referee is in a fantastic position to see it and should be sending Schwarzer off.’
The referee’s display, which Allardyce described as ‘difficult’, appeared to overshadow an otherwise impressive Fulham fight-back, despite the absence of injured striker Bobby Zamora, which culminated in a second-half equaliser from Clint Dempsey.
Blackburn’s lead had almost been wiped out during the first half, with debutant Carlos Salcido bursting down the left – as he did impressively for most of the afternoon – and hitting a curling shot from the edge of the box, which Paul Robinson did well to turn past the post.
Salcido, a close-season signing from PSV Eindhoven, was equally instrumental in Fulham’s equaliser, again bursting down the left before floating a tempting cross into the penalty area for Dempsey to head home and claim his fourth goal in as many games against Blackburn.

Aston Villa 1 Bolton 1: Kevin Davies cancels out Ashley Young strike as new man Gerard Houllier watches on
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMDFNo0jHVwendofvid
[starttext]
Belter: Ashley Young (left) swerves the ball past the Bolton wall and beyond keeper Alex Bogdan
Gerard Houllier witnessed at first hand Aston Villa's strengths and weaknesses after they failed to provide caretaker-manager Kevin MacDonald with the perfect send-off.
New Villa boss Houllier, with assistant Gary McAllister joining him in the directors' box after the Scot was confirmed in the role just before kick-off, will believe he has plenty of talent to work with but will be concerned that it only shows itself in patches.
With MacDonald taking charge of his final game, Ashley Young scored in his fifth successive match against Bolton to give Villa an early lead, only for captain Kevin Davies to net a deserved equaliser for the visitors.
Houllier officially takes up the reins on Monday, with his first match in charge a home Carling Cup tie with Blackburn just 48 hours later.
The Frenchman will have little time to impose his own ideas on the side for that game, but at least he does not inherit a squad low on confidence as Villa could easily be heading into that match on the back of successive defeats after Monday's loss at Stoke.
What will be apparent to Houllier is that Villa start energetically and are full of pace and swagger, as they did in this match because they could easily have been a goal to the good inside two minutes.
Attacking down the right wing, Marc Albrighton curled in a cross-cum-shot with pace that forced goalkeeper Adam Bogdan, deputising again for the suspended Jussi Jaaskelainen, into a fingertip save.
In attendance: New boss Gerard Houllier made it to Villa Park, with assistant Gary McAllister (out of picture) in the stands also
The 20-year-old then dragged narrowly wide a right-foot shot four minutes later as Villa threatened to add to the 13 goals they had thumped past Bolton in the previous three matches at Villa Park. When the breakthrough duly arrived there was a sense the floodgates could again open, and it would be another torrid afternoon for the Trotters.
After being fouled by Fabrice Muamba, Young picked himself up off the floor to curl a 24-yard free-kick around a wall which James Collins had superbly leaned in to create the opening.
Time to celebrate: Young embraces MacDonald after opening the scoring at Villa Park
Young's celebration was a fitting testimony to MacDonald and the work he has done over the past six weeks after being thrust into the spotlight following Martin O'Neill's abrupt exit on the eve of the season.
The 25-year-old turned, pointed towards an applauding MacDonald and ran over to the Scot on the touchline where he proceeded to give him a big hug.
But as with virtually every game Villa have played this season the early intensity soon waned before a lapse of concentration at the back allowed the visitors a route into the game, and that will be a concern for Houllier.
Davies, declared fit despite the concussion sustained in last week's 4-1 defeat at Arsenal, had already served notice of his intent in the fourth minute.
Capitalising on a sloppy ball across his own 18-yard box by Stephen Warnock, Bolton countered, culminating in Davies curling a 20-yard right-foot shot narrowly beyond Brad Friedel's left-hand post.
Their equaliser 10 minutes before the break was superbly conjured, although Villa were architects of their own downfall given the gaps in the home defence.
Stuart Holden's flick to the far post was collected by Martin Petrov who played a quick pass into an all-alone Davies standing just outside the six-yard box.
With Villa's defence nowhere, Davies was allowed to turn and rifle into the roof of the net a left-foot shot for his second of the season, both coming in his last three games.
Level terms: Kevin Davies cancelled out Ashley Young's strike to earn a well-deserved point for Owen Coyle's side
After a half-shout for a penalty when Johan Elmander appeared to be clipped by Richard Dunne, replaced at half time by Carlos Cuellar, the Villa defence parted again just before the break.
Collecting a through ball from Paul Robinson, Holden was given time and space to advance before rifling in a low 20-yard drive that was only inches away.
Villa responded after the interval with Stephen Ireland grazing the left-hand post with a flicked effort following a surging run and Bogdan collecting a stinging drive from Stewart Downing at the second attempt.
Bolton, though, had ideas of grabbing the winner themselves, with Friedel forced to palm away a half volley from Elmander in the 62nd minute.
Eight minutes later Friedel saved his side again, spreading himself to a snap shot from Holden after his fellow American had squeezed between two Villa defenders.
Friedel ultimately proved the difference between a draw and a Bolton win as he brilliantly blocked on the line a 22-yard free-kick from substitute Matthew Taylor in the 84th minute.

Everton 0 Newcastle 1: Ben Arfa's brilliant blast from the past

Talk of the Toon: Hatem Ben Arfa scores the winner
Everton fans booed their team off the pitch as Newcastle discovered a new hero who brought back memories of David Ginola.
France winger Hatem Ben Arfa marked his full debut with a sensational strike on the stroke of half-time after Newcastle had seen goalkeeper Steve Harper carried off on a stretcher.
Ben Arfa, who recently made his international bow, is on a season-long loan from Marseille but Newcastle have an 8million option to buy him after that. On this showing, manager Chris Hughton will not need asking twice. At times the No 37 appeared to have the ball glued to his foot.
'We had competition for him in the summer but the really pleasing thing was he was desperate to join us,' said Hughton. 'He has terrific ability and we have to try to fit him into a system where he can do the most damage.'
Where Newcastle were jubilant, Everton were abject misery. Tipped to be challenging for a Champions League place this season, they have yet to win and only West Ham are below them in the table.
Big blow: Steve Harper is injured following a challenge by Everton's Jermaine Beckford
Their all-round performance was pitiful save for a desperate late surge for an equaliser in injury-time that saw Yakubu hit a post and Marouane Fellaini miss from four yards.
After last weekend's heroics against Manchester United - two late goals to force a 3-3 draw - Moyes was angry at this hangover.
'I would have booed after that performance,' he said. 'I keep telling my players how good they are but it's time for them to stand up and be counted.Newcastle deserved the win. We didn't create any chances until after the 90 minutes.'
Grounded: Newcastle's Andy Carroll brushes off Everton's Phil Jagielka
Everton's afternoon was crystalised by Jermaine Beckford. The summer signing from Leeds was given the chance to play up front because of an injury to Tim Cahill but his only contribution in 45 minutes was to put Harper out of the game and he was hooked at half-time by Moyes.
'It was a challenge [by Beckford] that didn't need to be made because Steve Harper was always getting their first,' said Hughton, who confirmed his player has suspected shoulder ligament damage and could be out for some time.
Having lost 2-0 at home against Blackpool, Hughton gambled with an attacking line-up featuring Ben Arfa on the left. It worked a treat as Newcastle dominated.
Wayne Routledge missed with a free header after nine minutes but even after Harper had been replaced by Dutch rookie Tim Krull, Newcastle remained on top.
Ben Arfa, who likes to dribble at every opportunity a la Ginola, chose a more direct route for once to stunning effect after 45 minutes. Collecting a pass from Routledge, he cut inside Holland's World Cup finalist John Heitinga and unleashed a 20-yard drive that curled beautifully away from Tim Howard.
Moyes's response was to make two changes at the interval and one of the substitutes, Seamus Coleman, was lucky not to concede a penalty when he pulled down Kevin Nolan.
Stripe tease: Newcastle's Joey Barton (left) takes on Leon Osman
Fellaini earned his customary yellow card as home frustrations grew but they still almost nicked a point in injury-time.
Yakubu hit the post from four yards with the ball bouncing back into the arms of Krull. Then, Fellaini was not decisive enough from the same distance and allowed Fabricio Coloccini to get a tremendous late block.

Sunderland 1 Arsenal 1: Darren Bent strikes with last push as Arsene Wenger clashes with official

On target: Bent scored in injury time to prevent the Gunners from moving to the top of the Premier League table
The ability of London teams to win the Premier League is usually measured directly by their aptitude to withstand formidable challenges in the far north.
For all of 94 minutes on Saturday evening at the Stadium of Light, Arsenal had passed that test and appeared to have proven their mettle as genuine title contenders.
Against a thoroughly committed Sunderland team, Arsene Wenger's side endured the loss of captain Cesc Fabregas to injury, the sending-off of their midfield enforcer, Alex Song, and a missed penalty from Tomas Rosicky.
In the past, any one of those setbacks might have seen this fragile side disintegrate and yet, this current team stood firm. Stood firm, that is, until all but those dying seconds.
Debate will now rage over exactly how many of them were legitimately added, the officials having indicated four minutes of added time.
Yet those four minutes were up and there had been no delays to merit prolonging the match when Sunderland launched their last, desperate, assault on goal, a long ball which sailed into Arsenal's box.
Back of the net: Fabregas is congratulated by his team-mates after his fortunate goal at the Stadium of Light
Steady thus far, Arsenal faltered as Laurent Koscielny and Gael Clichy failed to clear. The ball dropped for Darren Bent, who smashed the ball into the net to induce a frenzy of celebration.
As an incandescent Wenger confronted fourth official Martin Atkinson, Steve Bruce bounced up and down with clenched fists raised in the air. In victory, Bruce, whose relationship with Wenger is cool at best, was gracious.
'It's never easy to take when you concede in the last 10 seconds and I know how he feels,' he said. 'It has happened to us eight times since I've been here.'
And Bruce was correct when he added: 'I think our first-half performances warranted the draw. Sometimes against Arsenal it can be backs to the wall and you nick a goal, but I don't think that was the case.'
Indeed not. Sunderland had the best of the opening exchanges and fell behind to a bizarre goal on 14 minutes.
Luck of the draw: Fabregas closes down Ferdinand's clearance to score
As Anton Ferdinand collected a tame pass back some 40 yards from goal, the irrepressible Fabregas closed him down and stuck out a leg to divert the defender's clearance goalwards.
The ball looped upwards, its arc ever bending towards Sunderland's goal, and slowly the awful realisation dawned on the aghast Ferdinand and goalkeeper Simon Mignolet that the ball's trajectory was carrying it into the net.
'You're expecting wonder goals and then they score one like that!' said Bruce. 'I haven't seen anything like it since my school days.'
It was, though, to prove Fabregas's last significant contribution, his troublesome hamstring necessitating his withdrawal soon after.
Out of tune: Arsenal played the majority of the second-half with ten men after Song was sent off for a second bookable offence
Sunderland rallied after the setback. Bent was working tirelessly to stretch Arsenal's back four, while the excellent Ahmed Elmohamady was a constant worry for Clichy.
And in a week in which Wenger claimed his side bore the brunt of dangerous challenges, it was Jack Wilshere and Song who picked up deserved bookings for robust tackles.
Wenger, though, may view that as a positive development. 'We can be very pleased,' he said, of his side's commitment. 'We can battle, we can play and we had all the ingredients of a good team.'
Come the second half, Arsenal were resurgent. Andrey Arshavin missed two early chances before combining delightfully with Samir Nasri to play in Marouane Chamakh, whose shot was blocked by Mignolet.
Within minutes of that chance, though, the nature of the game changed. Song, whose tackling had merited a yellow card in the first half for a foul on Jordan Henderson, stood his ground as Steed Malbranque ran at him on 55 minutes.
The block was seemingly innocuous but referee Phil Dowd ruled otherwise, reaching for a second yellow card and sending Song off.
On came Denilson to shore up Arsenal; on came new signing Asamoah Gyan to fire up Sunderland.
The stage was set for an almighty test of the visitors' fortitude, but after Bent shot wastefully over on 58 minutes and Clichy headed off the line on 66 minutes, Arsenal withstood the challenge well.
And when Elmohamady needlessly brought down Nasri on the edge of the box on 74 minutes, stand-in captain Rosicky stepped up to take the resulting penalty. His effort, though, soared embarrassingly over the bar.
As Wenger would lament: 'We had chances to kill the game and we didn't do it.' Indeed, and it would make the thrilling denouement all the more painful to bear.
