Use the force: Kelly Brook pays homage to Star Wars character Princess Leia in a new take on the bronze bikini in a photoshoot for Total Film magazine
Kelly Brook has long been a success in the modelling world thanks to her stunning curves.
But as she sets her sights on becoming the next Hollywood bombshell with her new movie Piranha 3D, the 30-year-old has found some inspiration in some classic movie bombshells.
The Kent-born model pays homage to some on Hollywood's most famous bikini scenes in a series of sexy shots for the new issue of Total Film magazine.
Inspiration: Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi
Ahead of her nude Playboy shoot, the brunette flaunts her figure in a bronze bikini as she pays homage to Carrie Fisher's Star Wars character Princess Leia.
Wearing metal wrist cuffs and her hair plaited in a bun on her head, Brook ape the style of the Princess Leia, who wore a similar bikini when she was held captive by Jabba the Hutt in Star Wars Episode VI: Return Of The Jedi in 1983.
Ms Brook, who split from rugby player boyfriend Danny Cipriani last month, also proves a fitting follower to Raquel Welch's cavewoman Loana from the 1966 classic One Million Years B.C.
Also in the shoot, taken by photographer Randall Slavin, Brook also pays homage to Sophia Loren in The Millionairess and Brigitte Bardot in A Very Private Affair.
Brook's film-themed shoot comes ahead of her first major movie release in five years when she had a small role in Deuce Bigalow: European Bigalow.
She plays a party girl who meets a sticky end in Piranha 3D, which also stars Ving Rhames, Christopher Lloyd and Elisabeth Shue.

Bombshell: Kelly follows in the footsteps of Sixties siren Brigitte Bardot from A Very Private Affair
Describing the film, Brook said: 'It's just a big, fun B-movie - lots of boobs, blood, gore and drama. I don't think I'll be getting any Oscars for it.
'In Piranha, there's lots of cool people. It's about a lot of fish that eat a lot of buff boys and big-boobied girls. It's all set during spring break.'
In 2003, she had a brief role as Seth Green's girlfriend in The Italian Job, which starred her then-boyfriend Jason Statham.
Kelly then secured her first leading role in Brit indie film School For Seduction, playing an Italian temptress.

In 2005, she starred in ill-fated desert island thriller Three, where she met her ex-fiance Billy Zane.
Despite a West End premiere, the film was panned by critics and went straight to DVD in America.
The couple teamed up again for another water-themed movie Fishtails, a romance in the same vein as Splash which saw Kelly playing a mermaid.
They brought the film to Cannes, but it also failed to make an impact.
On TV, Kelly has appeared in four episodes of Smallville and played herself in ITV show Moving Wallpaperlast year.
In contrast to Brook's glamourous appearance in Total Film, the newly-single star bravely ventured out for a spot of shopping yesterday without her make-up.
However, the model had no cause for concern, as she still managed to look fantastic sporting her au natural look.
The 30-year-old model and actress was spotted out and about in central London, opting to wear casual jeans, a black top, flip flops and an animal print scarf.
Kelly has recently returned from a week's holiday in Barbados where she was pictured lapping up the sun on the beach.
During her trip, she was spotted swimming, jet-skiing and water-skiing as she mingled with a large group of friends, including handsome mystery males.
Meanwhile Cipriani, 22, was partying in Los Angeles with Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton's ex boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.
