She's one fifth of one of the country's most famous girlbands and spends the majority of her time touring the country and performing for fans.
And while it's no surprise she is fit and healthy, thanks to The Saturdays' energetic dance routines, Frankie Sandford unveiled her amazingly taut stomach in the group's new video Missing You.
Wearing a cropped white top and white shorts, Frankie walks casually through a field in the video, seemingly unaware of the attention her astonishing six pack is receiving.

But despite her incredible physique, Frankie, 21, said recently she 'never' watches what she eats and often enjoys fast food.
She said: 'I do try and eat healthily, but I'm tired when I'm on the road. I always have a massive burger because it's the only thing that sorts me out.'
Frankie, who lives with McFly star Dougie Poynter, added: 'We never do a food shop so there's no food in the fridge! So we often end up going out to places or eating Indian, Chinese or pasta.'
And it isn't only Frankie who shows off her figure in The Saturdays' new video.

Una Healy also displayed her toned stomach in a white bikini top, denim waistcoat and long skirt, while Mollie King shows a modest hint of her tummy in a cropped shirt.
Vanessa White and Rochelle Wiseman are the only two members of the band not to flash their midriffs in the new video, which was shot in Spain.
While The Saturdays are experiencing huge success in the charts at the moment, they insist they have no intention of following in Girls Aloud's footsteps by taking a break to pursue solo projects.
Mollie said in a recent interview: 'I am up for anything on the side - telly stuff, presenting, the lot.

'The main thing is I would never want anything to take over from The Saturdays - and we all feel that way.
'It's very important to us that the band comes first at all times and everyone knows that's how it is.'
Missing You is the first singe from The Saturdays' third studio album Headlines, which is set for release in August 2010.
