But after bouncing back from a love split and losing three stone, the reality TV star looked svelte and stylish in three different outfits at New York Fashion Week yesterday.
The 25-year-old wore a a fluffy pink dress and glittery high heels at the Marchesa show as it was revealed she is dating Gossip Girl heart-throb Chace Crawford.

Writing on her Twitter page after the Marchesa show, Kelly enthused: 'Marchesa was the most beautiful collection I have ever seen in my life.'
Also at the Marchesa show were fellow Brits Kelly Brook and Natasha Bedingfield, as well as The City star Olivia Palermo and model Selita Ebanks.
Wednesday was a busy day for Kelly after she changed outfit three times for three different fashion shows.
She started off in a black jumpsuit with sequined waistcoat from the Anna Sui show, before changing into a multi-coloured bejewelled black prom dress for the Jeremy Scott show.

Sitting at the front row of Jeremy Scott, Kelly was spotted sharing a laugh with rapper Kanye West, who she described as 'hilarious'.
Meanwhile, Osbourne is said to be quietly dating Crawford following her split from fiance Luke Worrall in July.
A source close to Kelly tells MailOnline: 'Kelly and Chace have been on a couple of dates and are trying desperately to keep things on the downlow.
'Kelly is wary, she had zero confidence before she met Luke and look how that turned out.

'But she’s looking great and is finally starting to feel that way too.'
Kelly started her amazing transformation when she began training for Dancing With The Stars.
After completely changing her diet and embarking on a rigorous workout regime Osbourne lost an impressive three stone.
She went on to lose an additional 10lbs since splitting from Worrell in July and has never looked better in her life, something that hasn't gone unnoticed by Crawford.

'Kelly is really unique and opinionated, something that Chace finds very cool, she also looks stunning but in a very unique and hip way, they could be Manhattan’s new hip couple,' the source says.
'Neither one of them are bothered about red carpets in a traditional sense, she grew up with all that debacle and he’s a Texan boy at heart.'
Although Kelly is yet to comment on Chace, she did deny speculation linking her to someone called Isaac.
She wrote on her Twitter: 'Who is this Isaac boy and why are people saying I'm hooking up with him? I can't even remember meeting anyone called Isaac this week.'
