Stretch appeal: Kelly Brook dons a red cropped top and black workout leggings as she promotes the new JUKARI Fit To Flex workout regime

Kelly Brook's figure is one of the most envied in the world, with women wanting to look like her and men wanting to date her.

And now the 30-year-old star has revealed how she maintains her toned curves, by yet again lending her face to a new promotional campaign for Reebok.

Kelly is seen wearing a little red crop top and skintight black workout leggings as she demonstrates the benefits of the revolutionary new workout from Reebok and Cirque du Soleil.

Flexible: The new regime from Reebok and Cirque du Soleil aims to promote flexibility and suppleness

The JUKARI Fit to Flex regime involves a mixture of yoga, pilates and dance, which tones and sculpts the body and increases flexibility and suppleness.

And earlier this year, Kelly showed off the results of the workouts in a series of brightly coloured skimpy bikinis while on holiday in Barbados.

Speaking about the regime, Kelly said recently: 'My aim this year is to be in the best shape ever.

'I’ve always liked to try to stay in shape but have never been very good at sticking to a routine.'

Toned: Kelly credits the workout for helping her get her body bikini ready

And... pose! Kelly pulls her best pose as she demonstrates the benefit of the new regime

Kelly isn't the only celebrity fan of the Fit to Flex workouts.

While supermodel Helena Christensen says they are 'like nothing I have ever tried before. It gives an amazing sculpting effect', Nicole Scherzinger and Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr have also been spotted experimenting with JUKARI.

Kelly's involvement in the JUKARI Fit to Flex regime is her latest collaboration with Reebok.

Svelte: Kelly's figure is one of the most envied in the world, and she showed why while on holiday in Barbados earlier this year

Earlier this year she was seen stripped to her knickers to promote the company's new EasyTone trainers.

Explaining why she had chosen to bare (virtually) all to advertising the toning footwear, Kelly said: 'EasyTones are brilliant, it's like having a little gym built into your trainers.

'I wear them all the time especially if I don't have time to get to the gym and then at least I know I'm doing something for my body.'
