Let's hula: Myleene Klass shows off her hula hooping skills as she launches the Birds Eye 100 per cent Challenge

Myleene Klass can always be counted on at a red carpet event to show off her curves in a stunning dress.

And now the TV presenter is set to give away some of the fitness tips she uses to keep in shape.

The ex-Hear'Say singer, 32, has teamed up with frozen food firm Birds Eye to launch their 100 per cent Challenge to help families get fit together.

Representing the new campaign as a 'celebrity expert', the mother-of-one has put together a 'pre-tea active challenge' that families can do together.

The challenges include the '100 per cent Hula', '100 per cent Dance', '100 per cent Skipping' and '100 per cent Ball Games'.

As part of the scheme, Myleene will join two others experts, Amanda Ursell (healthy eating) and Tanya Byron (family) and go into entrants home in a bid to overhaul their family lives for the better.

Ms Klass enthused: 'My Birds Eye Pre-Tea Active Challenge gets the family together before teatime for a few minutes of simple and fun exercise.

Fit and fun: Klass will be going into people's homes to show them how to keep fit as a family

Flexible: Myleene shows off how flexible she is as she does the splits in the air

'I love to hula. So pick up your hoop, shake those hips and start hula'ing for 10 minutes every day like me.'

Klass was inspired to join the campaign because she likes to be as active as possible with her own daughter Ava, who turns three next month.

She said: 'I’ll be going into people’s homes, hula-hooping and playing football with them. Anything to get people moving. Being active brings confidence.

'I try to make Ava’s life as active and fun as possible.'

Still got it: Myleene is still toned and tanned - four years after wowing audiences with her body in I'm A Celebrity
